Add applications and roles in minutes
Adding a new application to the system takes just a few simple steps:
- 1. Choose the name, category, and the user attribute key,
- 2. Define visibility rules (activation, ability to submit requests, multi-step approval),
- 3. Save the configuration and assign roles.
New roles can be created in an intuitive role configurator that guides you through the next steps:
- defining names and descriptions,
- selecting request types (new, change, remove),
- assigning dimensions and validators,
- defining approvers and reviewers,
- assigning request workflow processes.
This approach makes it possible to roll out new applications quickly or change role structures without involving technical teams.
Flexibility that simplifies management
In sara.next, each application and role can have its own set of dimensions and validation rules. Administrators can define assignment limits, enforce dependencies between attributes, and automatically block access when specified thresholds are exceeded. Thanks to integration with directory systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.), it’s also possible to map users and roles in a way that is fully consistent with the organization’s internal structures.
Importantly, every change made in the admin panel is logged and auditable, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Import and export of data - enterprise-level management
sara.next enables importing configuration data and user access from Excel and JSON files. This allows organizations to quickly migrate existing data from other systems or apply changes in bulk. A built-in validation mechanism checks the correctness of the data structure and highlights potential errors, minimizing the risk of inconsistencies.
In addition, the export function makes it possible to move configurations between environments (e.g., test → production), which speeds up deployments and ensures repeatability of administrative processes.
